Terms and Conditions

By utilizing the services of Miami State Limo and accessing our website miamistatelimo.com, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. If any part of these terms is disagreeable to you, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Description

Miami State Limo offers a variety of transportation services, including:

  • Airport transfers

  • Wedding transportation

  • Corporate events

  • Tours and special occasions

Specific terms for each service are communicated during booking.

2. Reservations and Booking

  • Bookings accepted via phone, email, or online at miamistatelimo.com

  • All reservations subject to availability

  • We reserve the right to decline any reservation request

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment required per booking agreement

  • Accepted methods: All major credit cards, bank transfers

  • Services under $300: Charged 3 days in advance

  • Services over $300: Charged 14 days in advance

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Changes within 24 hours: $35 fee + any additional costs

  • Cancellation fees:

    • Sedans/SUVs: Full charge if canceled <24 hours before pickup

    • Other vehicles: Full charge if canceled <72 hours before pickup

  • Early cancellations: Full refund minus 5% processing fee

5. Service Guarantees

  • Professional chauffeurs arrive on-time with booked vehicle

  • Real-time flight tracking when flight number provided

  • Client receives chauffeur details via text/email

6. Special Hour Surcharges

  • $20 additional fee for pickups:

    • Before 8:00 AM

    • After 10:00 PM

7. Airport Services

  • Standard Pickup: No additional fee

  • Meet & Greet Service:

    • $25 for sedans/SUVs

    • $85 for larger vehicles

8. Waiting Time Policy

  • Non-airport locations: 15 minute grace period

    • After: 1.50/min(sedans),2/min (SUVs)

  • Airport pickups:

    • Domestic flights: 30 minute grace period

    • International flights: 45 minute grace period

9. Vehicle Issues

  • Not liable for mechanical problems during service

  • Will compensate for lost time when possible

10. Client Responsibilities

  • Financially liable for any vehicle damage

  • Chauffeur may terminate service without refund for misconduct

11. Weather/Traffic Delays

  • Not responsible for delays from:

    • Inclement weather

    • Traffic conditions

    • Road closures

12. Lost Items

  • Not responsible for items left in vehicles

  • $25+ shipping fee for returning lost items

13. Capacity Limits

  • Vehicles cannot exceed manufacturer seating/luggage capacity

14. No-Show Policy

  • Full charge plus waiting fees if client fails to appear

15. Flight Delays/Missed Flights

  • Not responsible for missed flights or connections

16. Vehicle Substitutions

  • Reserve right to substitute comparable vehicle when necessary

17. SMS Communications

  • Opt-in required for text notifications

  • Message frequency varies by reservation

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe

  • Standard messaging rates may apply
